Projects.

A project is a board. One per body of work. Configure columns, invite a team, and ship — then archive.

Create a project

From the dashboard, click New project.

Pick a name
Short and verb-led. 'Q3 launch' beats 'Q3 launch project for marketing'.
Pick a color
Used everywhere the project shows up — sidebar, cards, search.
Add a description (optional)
Helpful if more than one team uses Orba.
Choose a template
Or skip and start from blank columns.

Most teams need three. Some need five. Past five and the board fights you.

Default
Backlog · In progress · Done.
With review
Backlog · In progress · Review · Done.
With blocked
Add a Blocked lane only if you actually use it. Otherwise cards rot there.

Open Settings → Members. Invite by email. Pick a role.

Settings → Archive project. The board disappears from your sidebar but stays searchable. Restore at any time.
